Yes, you can follow the BuiltLean Program with foods available in your country. The BuiltLean nutrition program is comprised of mostly whole food ingredients, and uses guidelines and strategies, so it’s NOT a rigid diet.
Each ingredient in the nutrition plan includes ideas on alternatives and substitutions so you can modify the recipes using the fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbs, and fats that are available in your country.
You will not be forced to eat “American” food that's unavailable where you are. In fact, basic, natural foods like vegetables, lean meats and fish, healthy oils, and fruits comprise the majority of the nutrition plan recipes, and are the types of foods that can be found just about anywhere in the world!
