There are two different types of exercise structures in the BuiltLean Muscle program: (1) straight sets and (2) circuits.
A straight set is when you have one exercise to complete for a given number of sets and reps. A circuit is when you have two or more exercises that you complete back-to-back.
For straight sets, rest for 90-120 seconds between each set, which should give you enough rest to fully recover for your next set.
For circuits, you’ll rest 30-60 seconds between each exercise, so you keep up the pace. Then rest 2-3 minutes between circuits.
