While you're going through the BuiltLean Transformation Program, we highly recommend that you eliminate (or significantly decrease) alcohol consumption.
Alcohol provides empty calories and can interfere with your body's ability to burn fat. And if you usually drink more than 1-2 drinks, alcohol can negatively impact your hormone levels, disrupt your sleep, derail your energy levels, and cause dehydration.
If you choose to drink, we recommend limiting yourself to 1-2 drinks per week at most.
