Besides water, what types of drinks can I have?

I would recommend not drinking any other beverages aside from water, tea, kombucha, or coffee (ideally with only a splash of milk or creamer). We promote drinking water for hydration and appetite regulation. Coffee is cool, just be mindful of adding sugar & heavy cream.

Calories in drinks like juice, sweetened tea, and soda - which typically contain a huge amount of sugar - can derail the nutrition plan and impede your results from the Shred Workout Program.

  1. Water
  2. Sparkling water
  3. Unsweetened Tea
  4. Coffee (with a splash of milk or nondairy milk)
  5. Kombucha
