The BuiltLean Shred Nutrition Program has been designed to meet most people's dietary preferences and restrictions. Even if a recipe contains a food you avoid, there are suggestions for substitutions and modifications in just about every recipe.
If you're vegan, it might be more difficult. In that case, we recommend that you be very knowledgeable about food substitutions to make recipes appropriate for you.
