As long as you’re following the plan, you don’t need to think about carbohydrate timing.
This program focuses on creating a caloric deficit. Carbohydrate timing is an advanced nutrition technique that could be used by individuals who are already lean, and are trying to achieve a greater level of definition (<10% body fat for men, <20% body fat for women). But this technique is not discussed in the Transformation Program.
