Can you have any cheat days with your diet, like on Sunday's allow yourself dessert, etc? Or do I try to eat the same 24/7?

Sure. Having a cheat meal once per week is fine if that's what helps you get through the program. BuiltLean recommends sticking to one cheat meal instead of having a full cheat day to ensure that you still see your desired results. Just remember your Monday morning weigh-in.
