What if I play sports during the week, does it affect the program?

Playing sports as you complete the program is absolutely ok. Ideally, you'll do your strength training workouts on different days than you play sports. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of sleep, drinking plenty of water, doing a lot of foam rolling, and if possible, getting massages. Be sure to listen to your body, and get enough rest.
